(III) Formulation method.

  1. Wear anti-corrosion rubber gloves.
  2. According to the preparation ratio, disinfection water arrives well marked on the disinfection bucket according to the number of disinfection items.
  3. Wash and set aside the items to be disinfected.
  4. Use a disinfection bucket to collect cool water to the designated mark and pour the measured amount of 84 disinfection solution into the bucket and stir gently by hand to complete the preparation of the disinfection solution.
  5. Place the cleaned items in the prepared disinfectant solution, cover and soak for 30 minutes.
  6. After 30 minutes, disinfected items are removed one by one and rinsed under clean water and dried in a designated area.

(IV) Precautions for use.

1. 84 disinfectant is irritating and corrosive and must be diluted before use. The general dilution concentration is 1:500 and 1:200, and the soaking time is 10 to 30 minutes. The disinfected items should be completely submerged in water and should be rinsed with water before use.

2. 84 disinfectant has a strong bleaching and corrosive effect, so it is best not to use it for the disinfection of clothing and iron objects, and when it must be used, the concentration should be low and the soaking time should not be too long.

3. 84 disinfectant is a chlorine disinfectant, and chlorine is a volatile gas, so the container of disinfectant must be covered with a lid, otherwise it will not achieve the effect of disinfection.

4. Do not mix 84 disinfectant with other detergents or disinfectants because this will increase the concentration of chlorine in the air and cause chlorine poisoning.

5. 84 disinfectant is generally valid for 1 year, so we should pay attention to the production date when purchasing and using it, as the effective chlorine content decreases when it is left for too long and affects the disinfection effect.

6. 84 disinfectant is irritating to the skin and gloves should be worn when using it to avoid contact with the skin.

7. 84 disinfectant should be prepared with cool water for one-time use and should not be diluted with hot water above 50°. It should be stored below 25° and protected from light.

8. Disinfect the cleaned items to dry directly, do not touch other containers again.
