Hydrophilic active agent
- This product is mainly a tetrafunctional water-based polyester acrylic synthetic resin. Resin solid content is high, overall slightly hard, fast curing speed, good surface drying effect. It has good adhesion to wood and paper surfaces.
- Non-polluting, low odor, low toxicity, non-combustible
- It can be used with water, initiator, auxiliaries, etc. alone, or with aqueous or oily monomers or resins according to performance requirements, and used with initiators and auxiliaries;
- The product surface tension, the formula needs to add a certain content of wetting agent to reduce the tension, the construction process if the reference water or ethanol use, need to use infrared drying before construction, otherwise the adhesion, surface performance decline, fogging and other phenomena.

How to use
A: Printing water-based UV-free varnish (paper, film type)
- Glossiness:85°以上(60°GU)
- Flexibility: folded without bursting the edge
- Abrasion resistance: 400-600 times (five-color test cardboard with oil and A4 paper 4 pounds of pressure on the grinding)
- Hardening speed:40-80m/min(UV lamp energy 80mJ /cm² or more)
B: Water-based UV-LED varnish
- Glossiness:85°以上(60°GU)
